Started Painting

HLast week I got half-laid off at work. I'm down to part-time status now and in between redoing my design portfolio and sending off resumes and such, I now have loads of time to paint the comic. Here's 8 hours worth of painting. I'd say this page is about 80% done. I still need to finalize some areas, do clean-up. And I'm not sure if I like panel 2 right now. I may need to redraw the whole thing. (and add the group back in too)



EDIT: Here's the second page for this story. Needs a lot of work. I'm thinking of redrawing the whale...to show his legs and human form more. And I also want to repaint panel 3.

been busy but i wanted to do some quick sketches so i can post. i have the story mocked up and am in the process of revising. hopefully other deadlines wont get too much in the way.
